Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to “Humane World” and “Humane Cards” a concept by www.humaneworld.in issued by Humane World. “Humane Cards” can be redeemed on www.humaneworld.in. Please note that there is no value per se stored on these “Humane Cards”; that is “Humane Cards” DO NOT represent any monetary value. Accordingly, these “Humane Cards” do not constitute “pre-paid payment instruments” in terms of the Policy Guidelines on Issuance and Operation of Pre-paid Payment Instruments in India issued by the Reserve Bank of India, from time to time. By purchasing or using, you are agreeing to and accept these terms and conditions.

 

Validity, Redemption & Limitations

“Humane Cards” are valid till the claim-by-date and can be redeemed on the www.humaneworld.in website only. “Humane Cards” will be valid with no time period from the date of claim (which is the date of issuance of “Humane Cards”) and such balance may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by Humane World. Any unused balance will not be refunded. If a purchase exceeds amount redeemers to pay by credit card, net banking or debit card.
Convenience fees or charges apply.

Usage Restrictions for Gift Vouchers

There are certain rules and restrictions which limit “Humane Cards” same will be redeemable if it fulfills the set criterion, including the below mentioned:

1. Relevant invoice is to be sent to the WhatsApp Number printed along with order/serial number within 7 days of purchase

2. Purchase muse be made in the relevant category. For example - “Humane Dining” won't be entertained if “Humane Dining “is claimed with the intent of a Sports related purchase invoice and so forth. (Refer to the Verification Policy listed below)

3. "Humane Card” purpose is self-explanatory, however, in case of any doubt regarding “the place of spending the amount matches the self-explanatory specific purpose or not ,please feel free to reach out to us via the contact page, phone or email methods.

4. Redemption claims will be purely made on to the Payment details uploaded and received from the "Claim" page or the WhatsApp Number through which we receive “Humane Cards” and the specific purpose invoice.

Upload Specifications

1. Uploaded image must include the name of vendor, time, date and amount.
2. Please ensure that the invoice, bill or tab image is clear to avoid complications in the verification process.
3. Images must be uploaded within 7 days of the purchase date.

 

Verification Policy

Humane World reserves the right to approve and/or reject any transactions that are deemed unsuitable or unfitting. Humane World also reserves the right to suspend and/or remove any gift card(s) in case of any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of any of the Humane World terms of service.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

“Humane World” terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai in case of any disputes. You agree to indemnify “Humane World” for all claims brought by any third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with any breach of these `terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

“Humane World” does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to “wishes” including without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or product.

Lost or Stolen

“Humane Cards “are the responsibility of the customer and any such “Humane Cards” that are either lost or stolen cannot be replaced.
